Cooperation with Czech HEIs

We encourage U.S. universities to enhace direct cooperation with Czech higher educational institutions. The Czech Republic is one of the world’s most popular destinations for U.S. students studying abroad.

Studyin.CZ

Study in the Czech Republic is a resource for information about higher education in the Czech Republic. It provides essential information about the higher education system, study opportunities, and student life in the Czech Republic.

The Studyin.CZ project is operated by the Centre for International Cooperation.

International Conferences and Expos

Representatives of Studyin.CZ and major Czech universities regularly visit largest conferences on international higher educational exchange like NAFSA Annual Conference & Expo or EIAE Conference & Exhibition. More information on Czech booths and delegations at these conference are available at the Studyin.CZ website.

Study Abroad Workshop and Resources

The Fulbright Commission with support from the USA Study Abroad branch of the U.S. Department of State organizes U.S. Study Abroad Capacity-Building Workshops. Here are some of the workshop outcomes:

Erasmus+ for U.S. universities

Some of the Erasmus+ programs are also open to U.S. students and institutions.

Fulbright-Schuman Program for International Educators

Fulbright-Schuman International Educators Grants are available for professionals in international education administration from Czech and other European universities for research in the field of international higher education administration that would be mutually beneficial to both the institutions. Candidates are responsible for arranging their own placement and do not need to hold a PhD. Grants are for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum period of 4 months.
